INSTITUTE FOR INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT

The entrepreneurship development mission of CA. Mukesh K. Shukla and his team got a major push when the Institute for Industrial Development, IID was established as a pilot idea. In an incubator role, the IID partners with Government of India under the Medium, Small‐scale, Micro Enterprise Department. KVIC and NSIC are the implementation agencies of this project, established near Rajghat, New Delhi and Gokhale Marg Lucknow. IID provides a comprehensive solution to budding entrepreneurs and fence‐sitters with an A-to-Z approach. The underlining idea is to make individuals and groups aware of the business opportunities and the available government and financial institution schemes. Additionally, it also provides the entire technical information related to an industry. The process does not end here, for it is followed by a hand‐holding exercise to align the goals of the neo‐entrepreneurs with the needs of the industry and the market.
It’s a comprehensive, time‐tested and professional approach to nurture aspirations and talent, and provides a defined pathway. Aiding the entire drive of IID are live workshops, capsule information, bankable project reports and training programs to learn and sustain. The incubation platform is backed by a hub of industry experts, diverse professionals, resource vendors providing machinery and raw material and other supplies, training and research institutes, as well as government and financial institutions. BHARAT MATA MANDIR (Trustee)

It is a unique temple at Haridwar, Uttarakhand under the trust Samanvya Seva Trust, where CA Mukesh Shukla is associated as its Trustee since 2008. This mandir has been established by Padma Vibhushan Shri Swami Satyamitranand Giri ji, in the year 1980, now is headed by Swami Avadheshnand Giri Ji Maharaj as President and Swami Govind Dev Giri Ji Majaraj as Vice President of the trust. The temple envisages to showcase the rich glimpse of
our culture, history, leaders, freedom fighters, legends and the spiritual robustness of religion. UDYAMI

Udyami is another brainchild of CA Mukesh Shukla. Udyami is a portal ideated, implemented and operated by Samadhan, on behalf of KVIC for entrepreneurship nurturing under the Prime Minister’s Employment Generation Program, PMEGP. The Khadi and Village Industries Commission, KVIC is the nodal agency for the PMEGP. All Khadi and Village MSME Industries are supported under this scheme through all Districts Industries office (DIC’S), Khadi Board (KB) all states, Coir Boards along with all scheduled banks, nationalized banks, as well as the private banks. Udyami focuses on developing entrepreneurial skills by comprehensive online entrepreneurship development program, where knowledge and expertise of entrepreneurs are developed and regular handholding support is provided by daily “Business Paathshala” for nurturing them on different aspects of industries and business. It’s a dynamic outlook towards supporting and long-term nurturing to minimize risk of failure in business. More than 2.50 lakhs entrepreneurs have completed their training, and are being nurtured under Udyami portal and mobile app.

HUNAR INDIA

Promoting and facilitating skilling has been at the forefront of CA Mukesh Shukla’s ambitious plan to contribute towards the capital growth of Indian  economy. Shukla’s initiative, Samadhan has partnered with National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) chiefly, and various other skill councils to make sure the edifice of the nation’s economy is harnessed with this pathbreaking concept. CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT

A man with humble beginnings in the town of Sitapur, CA Mukesh Shukla, with his persistence cleared one of the toughest examinations in India to be awarded the degree and the prefix of Chartered Accountant of India, in 1999. He completed all the regular and standard practice under the partnership firm named M/s Marks & Associate in Lucknow, in the state of Uttar Pradesh.

EKANA CRICKET STADIUM, LUCKNOW (Project Consultancy)

In one of its first major prestigious consultancy project, under PPP model, CA Mukesh Shukla has provided expert guidance from ideation to the establishment of Ekana Sportz City, in Lucknow. Again, from its concept to its finishing stage, he has provided his expert guidance and debt syndication for this project. He continues to serve the Ekana Sportz City Pvt Ltd, as its Financial Advisor. The Sportz City is ranked amongst the top project taken up by CA Mukesh Shukla under the Public Private Partnership business model among various other PPP projects. The project includes a cricket stadium, a football and an indoor stadium, besides hostel facilities. It also includes a sports township with 4000 plus flats and other commercial projects like hotels, malls, hospital and school.

SOCIAL ENTERPRISE

The expertise of CA Mukesh Shukla has not stopped at the doors of business and commercial interests. His social enterprise and intent are evident in his balanced approach to provide appropriate consultation services to Self‐Help Group’s (SHG). Similar has been his professional approach towards Farmer Producer Organization (FPO’s) and hundreds of projects which come under the purview of SFURTI scheme of MSME and cluster-based schemes in various states.

SOCIAL CRUSADE

CA Mukesh Kumar Shukla’s vision for a skilled and entrepreneurial advocacy is shored‐up by his social expediency. Mukesh Shukla is the Ex‐President of the Lucknow chapter of Akshaya Patra Foundation, an NGO body engaged in the herculean task of running world’s biggest mid‐day meal program. The foundation is credited to possess and operate India’s biggest centralized kitchen network. Akshay Patra’s effort results in 1.5 million children getting nutritious food day after day. CA Mukesh Shukla served this responsibility for three consecutive years. CA Mukesh Shukla whole‐heartedly organizes a “Langar”, community food, on the occasion of “Bada Mangal” under his social responsibility intent. The “Langar” continues for 30 days during the month-long celebrations of Hindu god, Hanuman.
The entire exercise is performed under the aegis of Bharat Samanvaya, of which CA Mukesh Shukla holds the post of a secretary. More than 20,000 under‐privileged people are served free meals per day. As Chief Mentor to Vijay Shri Foundation, Prasadam, daily free food is provided at prominent Government Colleges of Lucknow, KGMC College, Balrampur Hospital and Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital. CA Mukesh Shukla is also associated with UP Food Bank to provide food to different shelter homes in the city every month. Under Swabhiman Bharat mission, food is distributed to the families in different shelter homes of the city on the 26th of every month.

YOUTUBER AND AUTHOR

CA Mukesh Shukla’s vision and works find a daily manifestation in his own YouTube channel Entrepreneur India TV for India’s Entrepreneurs. The channel is followed by more than 10 lakhs subscribers. CA Mukesh Shukla has authored a comprehensive book on his passionate mission. Entrepreneurship Development Program – The book comprises of 3 volumes and is enriched with various aspects of entrepreneurship and his entrepreneurial journey.

CA Mukesh Shukla was the General Secretary of Lucknow University Alumni Association in year 2018‐21. Lucknow University is India’s renowned university ranked A++ by NAAC which has completed its 100 years of establishment.
